In RenovAI, open Settings → MCP Integration and click “Add to Claude.ai”. It opens claude.ai with RenovAI pre-filled.

Confirm the connector and approve the sign-in prompt. That’s it. No token to copy. claude.ai connects over a secure OAuth sign-in.

Claude Code (terminal)

In Settings → MCP Integration, generate a token. It is shown once, so copy it.

Run this in your terminal, using the exact MCP URL shown in Settings:

Available now for ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, and Edu (via Developer Mode, currently in beta). Support for individual Plus/Pro accounts depends on OpenAI’s own rollout. ChatGPT connects over OAuth sign-in, with no token to paste.

Enable Developer Mode (one-time, admin)

A workspace admin/owner enables it: Workspace Settings → Permissions & Roles → “Connected Data Developer mode” (or chatgpt.com/admin).

Then, in your own account: Settings → Apps → Advanced Settings → toggle Developer Mode on.

Add RenovAI

Go to Settings → Apps → Create. Paste the RenovAI MCP server URL (from Settings → MCP Integration), choose OAuth as the auth method, click “Scan Tools”, then “Create”.

The connector appears under Apps → Drafts (labeled “Dev”) until you publish it.

RenovAI’s server speaks standard OAuth 2.1 with Dynamic Client Registration, the same sign-in it already uses for claude.ai. ChatGPT’s OAuth flow should work, but we have not yet live-tested it end-to-end against ChatGPT specifically.
