Terms of Service

1. The beta service

RenovAI is currently offered as a free public beta. By creating an account you get access to the service at no charge while the beta lasts. Beta means the product is still under active development: features may change, be added, or be removed at any time, and things may occasionally break. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will tell you in advance and you will never be charged without explicitly signing up for a paid plan.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account, and you are responsible for activity that happens under it — including anything done by AI agents you connect via MCP tokens. Keep your sign-in codes and MCP tokens confidential; revoke tokens you no longer use.

3. Your content

You own the content you put into RenovAI — home data, documents, photos, messages, supplier records. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing your content, transmitting it to the processors described in our Privacy Policy (including AI models when you invoke document extraction), and displaying it back to you and to people you share it with. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use RenovAI to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages to suppliers or anyone else, by email or WhatsApp.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious (including malware).
• Attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits or security measures.
• Resell or white-label the service without our written permission.
• Use automated access (including MCP agents) in a way that places unreasonable load on the service.

5. No warranty, no SLA

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. During the beta there is no service-level agreement: no uptime commitment, no support response commitment, and no guarantee against data loss. Back up anything you cannot afford to lose. AI-generated output (plan extraction, finance extraction, quote parsing, agent responses) can be wrong — verify important numbers and decisions yourself before acting on them.

6. Termination

You may stop using RenovAI and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@renovaiapp.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for us or other users. We may also discontinue the beta or any feature of it; if we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

7. Data export

Your data is yours. You can access your records and download your documents in the app at any time, and you may use the MCP interface to programmatically read your own data. If you want a full export of your account, email support@renovaiapp.com and we will provide one in a reasonable machine-readable format.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenovAI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the beta service. Because the service is free during the beta, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to USD $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms during the beta. We will update the "last updated" date above and flag material changes in the product. Continuing to use RenovAI after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
